chaat.uz («chaat», «biz») — bizneslar uchun xizmat: bizneslarning Instagram, Telegram va sayt orqali kelgan xabarlariga AI yordamida javob beradi, suhbatlarni bitta inbox'da jamlaydi va mijoz so'rovlarini (lidlarni) biznesga yetkazadi. 2. Qanday ma'lumot olinadi

4. Sun'iy intellekt

Privacy Policy (English)

chaat.uz (“chaat”, “we”) is a service for businesses: it answers messages that a business receives on Instagram, Telegram and its website with AI, keeps the conversations in one inbox and passes customer requests (leads) to the business.

Roles. A business connected to chaat controls its customers’ data; chaat processes it on the business’s behalf and only to provide the service.

Data we process: business users’ name, phone and hashed password; connected accounts (Instagram professional account ID, username, follower count, profile picture, access token; Telegram bot token — tokens are stored encrypted); people who message a connected business (Instagram/Telegram user ID, name, username, profile picture URL, message content including voice notes and images, a phone number they choose to share, comments on the business’s posts when the business enables comment automation); website widget messages with an anonymous visitor ID; IP address for security and rate limiting.

Purposes: replying to customer messages using the business’s own catalog and information, showing and handing conversations over to the business’s staff, sending leads to the business’s Telegram group or to a system the business connected, analytics for the business, security. We do not sell data, use it for advertising or share it with other businesses.

AI processing: message text and relevant context are sent to an AI provider (Google Gemini API; DeepSeek API as a fallback) to generate a reply. Phone and card numbers are masked before sending. Under paid API terms the providers do not use this data to train their models.

Sharing: Meta (Instagram) and Telegram to receive and send messages; AI providers as above; systems the business itself connected (e.g. openstore, talimtizim) for that business’s leads only; authorities where required by law.

Storage and security: data is stored on chaat’s servers, isolated per business with row-level security; tokens and keys are encrypted with AES-256-GCM; all traffic uses HTTPS. Data is kept while the business account is active and deleted within 30 days after the account is closed or deletion is requested; backups rotate within 14 days.
