- Telegram'da @chaatuz_bot ga «Ma'lumotimni o'chiring» deb yozing va qaysi biznesga, qaysi akkauntdan (Instagram username yoki Telegram) yozganingizni ko'rsating.
- Yoki o'sha biznesning o'ziga murojaat qiling — biznes kabinetidan suhbatingizni o'chira oladi.
- So'rov 30 kun ichida bajariladi va sizga javob yuboriladi.
O'chiriladi: kontakt ma'lumotingiz (ism, username, profil rasmi havolasi, telefon), suhbatlar va xabarlar, ovozli xabar va rasmlar, siz bo'yicha lidlar.
Instagram akkauntini chaat'ga ulagan biznes bo'lsangiz
- Kabinetda Kanallar → Instagram → Uzish — chaat xabar olish va yuborishni to'xtatadi.
- Instagram'da Sozlamalar → Veb-sayt ruxsatlari → Ilovalar va veb-saytlar bo'limidan chaat'ni olib tashlashingiz mumkin.
- Akkaunt ma'lumoti, tokeni va barcha suhbatlarni to'liq o'chirish uchun @chaatuz_bot ga yozing — 30 kun ichida o'chiriladi.
Data deletion (English)
If you messaged a business through Instagram or Telegram: send “Delete my data” to @chaatuz_bot on Telegram, naming the business and the account you wrote from (Instagram username or Telegram). You can also ask the business directly — it can delete your conversation from its inbox. Requests are completed within 30 days and we confirm when done. We delete your contact data (name, username, profile picture URL, phone), conversations and messages, voice notes and images, and leads about you.
If you connected an Instagram account to chaat: disconnect it in the dashboard (Channels → Instagram → Disconnect) and/or remove chaat in Instagram (Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites). To delete the account data, its access token and all conversations completely, message @chaatuz_bot; deletion is completed within 30 days.
